About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, managing our CRM system, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept in revenue operations and data analysis, with a strong background in utilizing Hubspot. This role requires proficiency in SQL and the capability to develop and maintain infrastructure for efficient data scraping.
This position will help drive our sales strategies as we evolve from a startup into a multi-line, countrywide underwriting organization. In addition to fostering a customer centric team environment, you’ll enhance other areas of the business with our collaborative all-hands-on-deck approach.
What You’ll Do
- Perform in-depth data analysis using Hubspot data to drive business insights. Develop and maintain regular reports on revenue operations, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes to optimize the sales cycle.
- Utilize SQL for complex data querying, management, and analysis. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure to facilitate efficient data scraping, ensuring the availability of relevant and up-to-date data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
- Identify and implement improvements in data processes and analytics tools. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and tools.
- Provide analytical insights into sales performance and forecast future revenue trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive growth.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Support the onboarding and training of sales personnel in CRM and other sales tools.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in revenue operations.
- Proven expertise with Hubspot and its data analytics capabilities.
- Strong skills in SQL and experience in developing data scraping infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
